"Works fine if your housing allows it"
My housing actually accepted it so that part was a relief, and the site worked okay for what I needed, not super impressive or anything but it got the job done and I didn’t really have any major issues...

The site was easy to use overall. I found the forms without too much hassle, and it worked fine on my phone, so that part was good.
A few parts were kinda confusing though. Like, I wasn’t always sure what step I was on or what was gonna happen next, so I had to go back and reread stuff a couple times.
It’s not bad, honestly. It got the job done, but it didn’t feel super smooth either. I think the layout just needs to be a bit clearer.

"Seemed legit from what I remember, just a bit slow"
From what I can remember, the licensed person seemed legitimate and everything checked out fine. The only thing that stood out was that the process felt a little slow, but overall it was okay

"Support did get back to me"
I can't say they didn't reply, because they did eventually answer my email. It just took longer than I was hoping, so the wait was a bit frustrating.
